Start Your Day Strong: Let Go of the Negativity and Take Control of Your Choices

Start Your Day with Strength and Self-Respect Good morning, everyone! Let’s begin this day with a bold declaration: “Enough of the nonsense!” We all deal with negativity — people or situations that test our patience and peace. Sometimes, you must draw the line and stand firm. This isn’t about being rude; it’s about protecting your energy and refusing to entertain what doesn’t serve your growth. If someone or something has brought unnecessary chaos into your life, it’s okay to say “no more.” That’s self-respect, not hostility. Lessons Hidden in Every Choice Life has a way of teaching us lessons — sometimes through mistakes, sometimes through good intentions that didn’t go as planned. Every decision we make carries a result, and even good choices can come with challenges. That’s the beauty of learning. Growth doesn’t come from perfection; it comes from reflection. When outcomes don’t align with our expectations, that’s not failure — it’s feedback. Take a moment to look back and...

Planning and Being prepared

I just read a quote that makes perfect sense. “Failure to plan is planning to fail” We spend too much time enjoying all the toys in today’s world. For some of us, we never have that opportunity to create the good habits that takes place. Good habits are beneficial tools for us to be successful. Life is not all about having fun throughout li fe. We should be working hard vs. having fun all the time. Think about the times in the morning when you already know what you are going to wear that day vs. having to find something to wear. Finding something to wear can cause so many different emotions and issues that ride where ever you go for the day. When your outfit is put out and ready you have a good vibe throughout the day. Plan out your day, routines, goals, and all the importance things to you. You will see good results and on top of things. A great habit to obtain and further your habits in other goals you want to r...

Mental State of Mind

Mental State of Mind             Within our mental thought process we hinder our state of mind or create roadblocks and obstacles for us to be successful in the things that we want to achieve. We tend to set limitations in the subject at hand. But when it is something that we want so badly, we find a way until options are declined. Trough this entire process, so many scenarios could take place of what, why and how of reasoning. We could also fall in the same limitations at some point, if no positive feedback from it.   But we also have those situations when we are declined and we do not take defeat as an option. Through it all, it is the thought process of your mental state of mind. We can achieve and grasp the things that we want of life. Fight hard and do not give up, let it be a challenge vs. a roadblock or limitation. You can do this! Winning ©DMBPproduction Ronald Jenkins Ronaldjenkins2005@yahoo.com

Your body is your foundation

Your body is your foundation             Know your limits in the actions that you take on in life. At times you will need to sit down and calm your body as you would calm your emotions, like you do when you are mad. Our body produces everything that we put out daily. So you want to be prepared as much as you can. Our brain needs stimulation, so read the literature that you have an interest in. Eat as healthy as you can and everything else in moderation. Work your muscles to be fit, too give you all that you need in the production of your daily routine. Have Faith in your beliefs. ©DMBPproduction Ronald Jenkins Ronaldjenkins2005@yahoo.com

Evidence of success

Evidence to success in my testimony If you are good at something, you can be successful. Practice makes perfect, I know you heard that before. Lying in a hospital bed for months, I was thinking I would never walk again from both legs being broke in my motorcycle accident. I remember my process; they stood me up for the first time and made me try to hold myself up for a minute. Then I took my first step, my first three steps, and five steps to seven steps to 13 and so on. Being persistent with trying, I found myself doing what I had thought I couldn’t.   I am walking today. Not to the best of what I use to but I am walking. I am even riding again. Life is not about everything being the way we need it to be, but to fall or fail for a lesson to be learned. An obstacle is only what we do not know of, once we know of it. It becomes a challenge. It is ok to fall or fail at times. We will know what to do and what not to do the next time we put effort into it all. The mo...

Study of habits

Study of habits My Thoughts             No matter what new knowledge that you obtain in studying to do something better or that great business idea that sounds so good that you can make so much money off of it. If you have had some bad habits along those times that you have failed in other goals. You will also fail in new goals, ideas and situations if you do not overcome the habits in your daily routine of things that you do. Make a list of things that you think has a bad outcome, from how you do things. We all know right from wrong. We tend to be stuck in our ways that has comfort us in some way in how we do things. That comfort has rewarded our thought process to say if we do this our reward is not to deal with the issue in that way. So any situation that relates to or is close to that rewarded situation in our mind becomes a rewarded process that creates or furthers a bad habit.   ©DMBPproduction Ronald Jenk...
