Inside My Head: Mastering Your Inner Voice and Building Mental Strength

Inside My Head: Mastering Your Inner Voice and Building Mental Strength Understanding My Brain Challenges I know right from wrong, but fully controlling my thoughts and actions can be a real challenge. My mind is often crowded with so many thoughts that I lose focus, even on important tasks. I forget to pay bills. I start working on a task, but then get distracted by unrelated thoughts. Things that should be simple often feel impossible. These are challenges I must face. Adapting to the “new me” requires patience, persistence, and self-awareness. While I often know what I need to do, executing it is another story. Reflection Prompt: Take a moment each day to write down the tasks you struggled to complete. Ask yourself why distractions happened and what you can do differently tomorrow. The Power of Goal Setting Goal setting is a critical tool for building good habits, staying persistent, and creating structure in your life. Goals give your mind direction and help yo...

How a Brain Thinks In Fragments

How a Brain Thinks In Fragments             As humans our brain thinks in a fragmental arrangement that creates a thought in a full process but in fragments. A very powerful thought process of our psychological mind that manipulates our thoughts to think in fragments that flows in a very beautiful structure. A functional design in our compositional system that is very important and allows us to perform some of the activities that is not explainable by just thinking of the process. A clear thought of how and why of my observation that everything does not have to be thought out fully. In the way that our mindset to think for us to understand no matter what is said our brain breaks it up it in fragments. My defined example is in a full thought phrased: “Can you please get me a glass of water”? Fragmental thought process: please, get, glass, water. Our bodies are a well-built and unique networking system that operates in the logic...

Brain Power

Brain Power             The breakdown of a philosophy I came by one day in my theories of a French philosopher named Descartes that philosophize, “I think, therefore I am” Descartes. What I take from this quote is the matter of your mind over the body. To think is an attribute that belongs to an intellectual thought of thinking that operates a human being by moving your body parts with the guidance of our senses. Gives us the power to what the mind can imagine and visualize for us to place in a perspective of our own perception. Put forth the truth to our vision. With that being said and other observations by us thinking our thoughts is in its senses from our organs that has the feeling with truth to it. Like; I see light, I hear noise, and I feel heat. Those senses come from our thoughts in what we think when an intuition of the mind connects. Our minds work in a distinguish way with our thoughts and experiences for us to all...

Thinking within my research

Thinking within My Research In my researches I have found the brain to be quite unique in one’s thought process. To think without a blurred mind can reach points of achievements beyond the presents of our physical form and reaches out to study anything that we come across within our paths and situations of life experiences of our slightest to the deepest interests. The more and more I read, the more and more I learn to learn and apply as wisdom of my life lived within knowledge to live. I begin to see myself wanting to learn as much as I can, which is a life time for a happier life. Just to know things without being a scholar or professional in any of the fields that has an interest for me. All my researches and studies go to the beginning of times. I see and know that everything ties together at some point in some way. That’s when I research the whys and how’s, within the theories presented. Even as I structure the words scattered across this paper in the sense of my mind on e...
