Inside My Head: Mastering Your Inner Voice and Building Mental Strength

Inside My Head: Mastering Your Inner Voice and Building Mental Strength Understanding My Brain Challenges I know right from wrong, but fully controlling my thoughts and actions can be a real challenge. My mind is often crowded with so many thoughts that I lose focus, even on important tasks. I forget to pay bills. I start working on a task, but then get distracted by unrelated thoughts. Things that should be simple often feel impossible. These are challenges I must face. Adapting to the “new me” requires patience, persistence, and self-awareness. While I often know what I need to do, executing it is another story. Reflection Prompt: Take a moment each day to write down the tasks you struggled to complete. Ask yourself why distractions happened and what you can do differently tomorrow. The Power of Goal Setting Goal setting is a critical tool for building good habits, staying persistent, and creating structure in your life. Goals give your mind direction and help yo...

Reality in My Mind -1

Listening to My Inner Voice Every morning, as I sip my first cup of coffee and prepare for work, I often find myself deep in thought—questioning my purpose and what it truly means. The word purpose is powerful. It represents the driving force behind everything we do, create, or strive to become. According to Dictionary.com , purpose is: The reason for which something exists or is done. An intended or desired result; goal or aim. Determination and resoluteness. Those definitions remind me that our purpose isn’t just a destination—it’s a process of discovery that begins within the mind. The Mountain Story: A Lesson in Mental Strength There’s a story that continues to inspire me. It’s about a man who decided to climb one of the tallest, most challenging mountains. Many had tried before him—only a few had succeeded. Unlike them, he wasn’t an experienced climber. He was a beginner, a “noob,” as some would call it. But he was determined. Step by step, through exhaustion...

Study of habits

Study of habits My Thoughts             No matter what new knowledge that you obtain in studying to do something better or that great business idea that sounds so good that you can make so much money off of it. If you have had some bad habits along those times that you have failed in other goals. You will also fail in new goals, ideas and situations if you do not overcome the habits in your daily routine of things that you do. Make a list of things that you think has a bad outcome, from how you do things. We all know right from wrong. We tend to be stuck in our ways that has comfort us in some way in how we do things. That comfort has rewarded our thought process to say if we do this our reward is not to deal with the issue in that way. So any situation that relates to or is close to that rewarded situation in our mind becomes a rewarded process that creates or furthers a bad habit.   ©DMBPproduction Ronald Jenk...

Dreams and Passions

Dreams and Passions I walk side by side with my dreams and passions. I am not the one to chase and run after them. This is my thought process since my accident that has placed reality in motion. To set my goals free and to share with them with the world as I step in faith to do what it is I must do. Not giving a flying fuck in what an individual’s thought process is in their minds to say behind closed doors or in m y face. “If brave enough” the things I entertain, is what I allow! Not anyone else so stay true to the things that you want to do in this life time. ©DMBPproduction Ronald Jenkins Ronaldjenkins2005@yahoo.com
