Redirect Negative Energy

Redirect Negative Energy
Our bodies are like cars in a sense. If the gaslight comes on, put gas in the car. If any of the other lights come on that is a time for us to take the proper action in the light indicator. Those are warning signs before something goes wrong.
Our bodies communicate to us and give us a warning signal in the same sense. That one of our emotional traits is about to surface. This is a time to step back and clear our mind and redirect that negative energy into something more positive.
Redirecting negative energy into something more positive will give us the opportunity to calm down and approach the situation to allow a positive action to benefit. Allowing this experience to happen with an effective communication process reflects a confident and direct discussion with somebody that caused the emotion to surface.
My approach to the negative emotions that surfaces has been reading the bible. There has not been one time that I’ve read the bible and contained a negative feeling. Another option is to do something that you have a lot of passion for.
A negative emotion that emerges from our feelings as a human will blur our mindsets. And you will either make the situation blow up to be more than what it already is or you start making other bad decisions
